My ASICS Running is a free running community set up by the Japanese sports brand ASICS. Thousands of runners, ranging from beginners to professionals, have used the My ASICS training programmes to achieve their sporting goals. ASICS' motto for many years has been “Sound mind, sound body”. <br /> As well as free training programmes, the site includes your own online training logbook, information on diet and equipment, and a route mapping and measurement tool.
